Absolutely excellent location on Gran Via just down from Callo, across the street from Chueca, and in the middle of all the action in the heart of central Madrid. Staff was very friendly, and rooms were nice. The hotel breakfast was good with hot and cold choices to suit almost anyone. Location again was fantastic and really worth the stay, although it could be a little loud at night, but that’s to be expected in the heart of Madrid. The hotel is also steps away from the Gran Via metro station on lines 1 and 5.

We had an issue with air-conditioning in one of our rooms and they moved us to a different room right away. This hotel is centrally located on the ground via and close walking distance to everything. If we couldn’t walk there, it was an easy shot to the metro. Heard the stop right next to the hotel was under construction, but there was a free bus for that route if we wanted.
